My Story / Mi Historia
I’m Amanda and I have been blessed on being dual natonality, Spanish and North American. I embrace both of my cultures and feel that this helps me to promote the English and Spansh language amongst my students. I’m an English teacher in southern Spain and I have been fortunate enough to be a teacher in a school and to own my own English Academy for around ten years. I am passionate about languages, among other things. I believe that teachers who teach what they are passionate about, will entice their students into feeling the same, and therefore help develop them in their goals. This is my main objective as a teacher and a foreign language instructor.
Soy Amanda, he tenido la suerte de tener doble nacionalidad, la española y la norteamericana. Abrazo mis dos culturas y siento que esto me ayuda a promover el idioma inglés y español entre mis estudiantes. Soy profesora de inglés en el sur de España y he tenido la suerte de ser profesora en un colegio y tener mi propia academia de inglés durante unos diez años. Me apasionan los idiomas, entre otras cosas. Creo que los profesores que enseñan lo que les apasiona atraen a sus alumnos a que sientan lo mismo y por lo tanto, les ayudarán a desarrollar sus objetivos. Este es mi principal objetivo como profesora e instructora de una lengua extranjera.
